Every one of these drawings has exactly one thing wrong with it — the kind of thing that gets caught in a coordination meeting if you're lucky, and on site with a jackhammer if you're not. Find it.
Every case here is a real, checkable drafting or
coordination error — the explanations state the actual rule or physical reason,
not a stylistic preference. Where a figure is code-dependent (e.g. minimum
headroom, stair riser limits) the specific jurisdiction is named, because those
numbers genuinely differ between countries.
