🍳 SpacePlan Ergonomics

Sink, stove, fridge — the three points a cook walks between hundreds of times a day. Space them too far apart and cooking becomes a hike; cram them together and two people can't work at once. Move them until all three legs land inside the published NKBA limits.

🎯 Goal: every leg between 1.22–2.74 m, and the three together no more than 7.92 m.

The limits here aren't invented round numbers — they're derived live from the published NKBA imperial figures (26 ft total, 4–9 ft per leg) by exact conversion (engine/kitchen-ergonomics.js), verified before publishing. Note the guideline cuts both ways: a cramped layout with legs under 1.22 m fails too, not just a sprawling one.
