Peak overpressure (Kinney-Graham)
Free-air peak side-on overpressure as a function of scaled distance Z, for civil-protection standoff and damage-zone planning.
Civil-protection / accidental-explosion scope only (UFC 3-340-02, public release). Weapon-effects and penetration calculations are out of scope.
Method: Kinney & Graham (1985) empirical correlation — a published closed-form fit to free-air airblast data, NOT the exact Kingery-Bulmash / UFC 3-340-02 curve. Best accuracy roughly 0.5 < Z < 40 m/kg^(1/3).
