Turkish Building Code Reference
Clause numbers and numerical tables of Turkish building regulations, in one place. Every table is read live from its calculation engine, so the reference and the tool cannot drift apart.
How it is built
The tables on these pages are not hand-written. They are read from the engines under engine/; the same data also feeds the calculation tools and is pinned by the test suite under tests/. If a regulation changes, only one place is updated.

Copyrighted standards — numerical requirements only
TS 825 and AISC 360 are copyrighted standards. The text of the standard is not reproduced here; numerical requirements and formula structure are given in our own words with clause references. For actual project use the standard itself governs.

Superseded value warning
Many online sources present superseded values as if they were current. Three cases encountered on this site are flagged on the relevant pages and protected by the test suite:
Shelter: the residential exemption threshold is 10 units, not 12 (amendment of 7/11/2025).
Parking: for dwellings it is based on flat size, not "1 per 3 flats" (2018 amendment).
TS 825: six degree-day zones, not four; window U-value 1.8, not 2.4 (2024 revision).
